ABOUT

Janine is here to be your motivational coach and energy and stress release ​guide. With an innate interest in self-help and why humans function as ​they do, it is with her most recent self-discovery of energy and how it ​transforms that has assisted her with understanding life and in turn, ​experiencing true serenity and the work it takes to maintain it. This has ​also allowed her to recognize stress and manage it while decreasing ​anxiety.


After many years of practicing digital detoxing and focusing on self-​reflection and energy (under an energy master), Janine knows it is now ​time to pass this knowledge via coaching so that it may assist others in ​their life experiences. Janine's motivational and energy coaching is more ​than just "cheering" you on. Clients will receive a deep dive into oneself ​and in turn, become more self-aware of their perspective, allowing them ​to have energy flow and truly experience serenity.


As a former fit model, sports coach (10+ years), and intercollegiate athl​ete (who experienced an injury that changed her journey), Janine ha​s a passion for wellness, fitness and spor​ts.
